No refunds please… Exchanges only!!!
If something isn’t right – we’ll fix it. Need a different size? No problem, just ask!
We politely ask the following if you’d like to exchange an item:
- Rholin offers free exchanges when a customer notifies us within 24 hours of receiving order.
- Exchanges after 24 hours from the date of delivery require the customer to pay for return shipping.
- We do not accept exchanges after 3 days from the date of delivery.
- We cannot accept exchange on embroidered or altered items. If you are unsure about sizing or style preference, we suggest that you place your first order without embroidery.
- All original tags must be still attached.
- Garments are to be returned in excellent condition- without stains, makeup, or soiling of any kind- just as you would want to receive your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if it has clearly been worn, laundered, or excessively soiled.
- Please place the garments inside the original garment bags
Same Day Shipping Eligibility
Orders placed on rholins.com before 12 noon with NO embroidery option will be shipped and delivered to clients the same day.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Orders placed on rholins.com with a subtotal of GHC 500 or greater will be eligible for free shipping within Accra.
